Burkle is an indica dominant hybrid marijuana strain (75%Indica/25%Sativa) with high THC levels and low CBD content. 3rd place winner of best indica flower at the High Times 2016 Colorado Cannabis Cup. A sweet and sugary flavor with hints of rich earth and herbs upon exhale. The aroma is of sweet pungent berries and earthy herbs with a sour herbal overtone that’s released as the nugs are burned. Lineage is a cross between Granddaddy Purple and Pre-98 Bubba Kush weed strains bred by Bald man Lala Seeds. This strain is sometime confused with purple urkle.

APPEARANCE:

Medium sized loosely packed buds with forest green and deep purple leaves. These nugs are covered in orange hairs and a thick frosty layer of white crystal trichomes resin.

TASTE:

Mix of fresh berries and spices. The flavor is earthy, but not too much so—there’s enough sweetness to temper the strong forest taste.

SMELL:

When you breathe it in, you’ll get a flowery scent with some spice notes. Burkle weed strain has also been described as having hints of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, and pepper.

Burkle Strain Effects:

Sedative effects of this flower are fairly mellow, but it does take some time to kick in. Users report feeling a slow and steady high that permeates the body over the course of an hour or two.
